How To Make Money From Other People’s Mortgages | Chris Seveney

Did you know you can make money from other people’s mortgages?

It’s true! By buying existing mortgages from lenders, including the debt and the note that secures it, you can collect monthly payments from the borrower and even have the right to foreclose on the home if they don’t pay on time. This is called mortgage note investing and is an amazing alternative way to invest in real estate.

Today’s guest, Chris Seveney, has built a portfolio of over 500 note-investing deals worth more than $75 million! He is the founder and CEO of 7e Investments, a mortgage note investing firm that specializes in providing custom active and passive investment options for investors.
