In 2001, Mark Hamilton’s real estate investment company, Hamilton Zanze, closed its first transaction – a $1.6 million, 24-unit apartment building in Oakland. 

20 years later, they had $4.3 billion in assets under management, and the number just keeps growing! 

To say that Mark is a legend in real estate investing in the US would be an understatement, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to talk to him one-on-one about everything real estate.
