RG 216 – From 0 to Over 10,000 Units in Just 5 Years! w/ Frank Roessler

Frank was originally on the show in episode 4. Frank owns a multifamily investment firm that acquires apartment blocks of over 200 units.

He currently has 9000 units and a little over $9million under management. He worked at an M&A real estate partner and learned a lot, he started after grad school and stayed for 10 years as an acquisitions and asset manager.

He’s currently doubling the size of his company every year and attributes this to real estate beingone of the main cash flowing investments that’s open to small partners. Three rights plus one wrong can spell disaster, for example; the right property, time, location but bad execution can make it al go wrong. This is the job of the property manager.
