With the experience of our in-house contractor and real estate broker, our financial engineering utilizes real-time construction cost data and comparable market analysis to continue updating our dynamic models. RSN offers distinct advantages in the real estate market by underwriting multiple deals to make educated decisions on investment selection and strategy. Our team provides rapid execution in response to market opportunities and conditions. Our investments contain flexible ownership structures which aim to optimize investment opportunity for our equity and debt investment partners.
Working With Capital Partners:
RSN has a unique opportunity for both accredited and unaccredited investors from all spectrums of experience – from newcomers who want to get exposed to the market, to veteran investors who want sustained cash-flow and long term wealth. RSN has designed an investment equity tier structure that accommodates diverse risk profiles. Our investment opportunities are deal specific and are on-going. We invest to a minimum of $50k ranging to $1M and above. These investments are secured at the entity level with an agreed upon and structured profit distribution as defined within the partnerships’ operating agreement. Foreign investors can collaborate with RSN’s team that has years of experience working with foreign investors to facilitate deals here in the United States.
Find Deals:
RSN reviews many deals across the US; we strive to look for growing markets and underutilized properties that lack highest and best use. We focus on assets that are underperforming, mispriced, and/or mismanaged to add value and improve to gain efficiencies. We use our comparative advantages by using structured finance and leverage our experienced team and government relations to find the true land residual that makes deal economics work to get through the first threshold of our underwriting process.
RSN is a vertically integrated investment company with the ability to source, underwrite, and execute on all projects in-house. We use the most sophisticated property management tools such as smartsheets among other avant garde software technologies to master company organization and efficiency.
